Yoga Class

Tuesday 7:15 - 8pm
Most people are familiar with the physical aspects of yoga but don’t realise that yoga is so much more. Yoga teaches you breath control, relaxation, positive thinking and meditation which is aimed at developing harmony in the mind, body and soul.
The benefits of yoga are endless but include increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality and stress and anxiety management. It also benefits heart health and many other conditions such as arthritis, tight hips and back pain. Yoga can be adapted to suit people of all abilities regardless of if you are a beginner or an expert.
Group Guided Meditation

Sunday 8:30 - 9pm
End your Sunday with some Sunday stillness meditation. A perfect wind down for the evening as well as a great way to gain clarity for the start of your week.

With these guided meditation sessions, you can become the best version of you. Suitable for an avid meditator or someone who has never meditated before. I will give you the tools and practice to ensure you get what YOU need from meditation. The benefits are endless!
Yoga Class

Thursday 8 - 8:15am
If, like me, you carry your stress in your shoulders, upper back and neck then join me for a 15 minute yoga session where each week we will carry out a range of asana’s (yoga poses) to help relieve aches, tightness and any tension that is sitting and building up there. This session will also support people with poor posture or anyone who sends a lot of time sitting hunched over a desk for work.
1:1 Yoga Class
1 hour at a time that suits you
With our 1:1 bespoke yoga class you will get a session completely tailored to your needs where we can work on areas that suit your requirements and achieve your personal goals. You will get guidance and support throughout your session as well as a meditative relaxation at the end of your session along with a herbal tea. We will look at different yoga alignments, postures and techniques.
Our classes provide increased flexibility, better sleep patterns, better digestion and increased overall wellness. Our classes invite a deep connection to your own body and a dedicated time and space for you to let go and surrender into the healing powers of yoga that you truly deserve.
1:1 Guided Meditation
30 minutes at a time that suits you
The goal of meditation isn't to control our thoughts but to stop them controlling us.
With these guided meditation sessions, you can become the best version of you. Suitable for an avid meditator or someone who has never meditated before. Parent and Baby Yoga Class (non walking)

What better way to get back into gentle movement and exercise than to start a parent and baby yoga class? Babies will be happy laying, rolling and playing on the floor making eye contact with you while you move and stretch your body around them. A great time to get baby to have some of that sought after tummy time! Allow your stresses to float away in a non-judgmental class.
Parent and Preschooler Yoga Class

There is no better time to introduce yoga to your children then when they are young and naturally flexible. This class offers a unique yoga class for you and your toddler with poses that you can do together with modified versions for both you and your child. This class teaches children and parents how to be calm and in the moment, whilst also using some of that energy they have so much of. The benefits for children and adults alike are endless.
