Service Description

​During this assessment we will carry out an Ayurvedic assessment to identify your dosha, we will then discuss a range of things which include: how your qualities manifest, how you react when under pressure, your seat of imbalances, any related health conditions, how these can arise due to blockages and how best to tackle these as well as how to balance your dosha. We will also discuss things that you should avoid as well as what to work towards to help maintain the balance of your dosha. We will then identify beneficial nutrition and meal ideas that will best support your dosha. Then we will finalise by going over your chakras and how to support these channels to transmit cosmic energy into spiritual energy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Missed Appointment Policy Our goal is to provide quality health care and wellness to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call Pam Manku as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on 07702 065 440 between the hours of 8am – 7pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. You are also welcome to send a message to the above number or an email to Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a £30 missed appointment fee. 2. Cancellation Policy (Beauty Salons, Other Services) Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Our Policy: • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or £30 whichever is more. • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. • We require full payment to be made prior to your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. 3 . Short Cancellation Policy We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. • The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file. • All future missed appointments will incur a £30 fee. 5. Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes) Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our [Events/Classes] sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled [Event/Class]. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Client. You may call us at 07702 065 440 between the hours of 8am – 7pm to cancel or send an email to Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 72 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another [Event/Class]. However, if you do not cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. 6. Short Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the [Appointment/Service/Event] date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 5 days will receive a 50% refund.
